Re: John Lewis Price Match

jl will match any price as long as it is in stock and available in a physical store. this means that they will match a price in jessops, but not jessops online if they have exclusive web only prices etc.

the price also has to be the shelf price of an item and not a price agreed individually with the store.

you can ask for an undersale before purchase or after. if you claim before, jl will investigate your claim and then inform you if they will match the price. put in an undersale after and they will refund you the difference if they match the price.

i would advise on putting a claim through before and asking that the goods be reserved so while it is processed.

hope this helps
