Angry Klick Beware!

Went to Klick to have some photos printed,they came out way to dark,shop manager blamed my camera,said printing machine was set up perfect,which was a load of crap as i knew the photos were ok,so i went to Kodak express,there they came out fine,no probs,so the moral is dont bother going to Klick as they dont seem to care for thier customers

Re: Klick Beware!

This is a solitary experience. And although it is a painful one to you , it may not represent Klick as a corporate entity

Certainly it may be a manager trying to fob you off , that is bad business

Maybe if you try sending him a copy of theirs and Kodak Express photos from the same digital file for comparison, it may make your point better
If after that he doesn't budge and you promise to name and shame on a well respected forum ( like this.. We are aren't we? ) you might get a voucher or compensation of some sort instead of a brush off

All of them have calibration problems from time to time but blaming it on you is just really plain silly;
I use ( less lately now) Kodak Express in Ealing Broadway and have always found them to be friendly and professional. They do look through images to correct for under or over exposure unless you tell them not to in case you are trying to achieve a certain effect
