Workflow advice required, but keep it simple!

evening, whats the best workflow to save/send images to be printed?

Till now i haven't been to bothered on picture quality as my print size has been fairly small.
I normally just save my RAW file to JPEG in Elements to the highest setting and email that jpeg.

Should I resize the image or use a different file type, etc etc?

Is there a better way?

many thanks.

Who are you using for printing?

Some pro labs will ask for Pro Photo or Adobe RGB colour profiles, and for ultimate quality you want to be using TIFF anyway.
