Hi, I'm know very little about how good digital cameras are. I'm aware of the megapixel count, however have been told the lens is the important thing. I'm looking for a really good digital camera which will not only take great snaps, but also capable of recording video (up to 2 minutes).

I've been recommended the Canon 70 / 75.
I've also seen this:

Can anybody tell me which one is better, or if there's another camera which betters these two? I'd rather pay £100 and less, but can stretch to £125 if its worth it.
