Cool My MOO cards arrived today

If you've got a Flickr account, you can select a bunch of your pictures and have them printed on the back of mini business cards called MOO cards.

I did that very thing. I selected about 15 pics and ordered a box of 100 MOOs. The cards are long/thin and quite elegant. Smaller than traditional business cards. You can put your own text of any sort onto the front of the card along with a small thumbnail-type image.

I ordered on March 2nd expecting them to take a couple of weeks to arrive (its a USA company) but they they were this morning. They are printed in the UK hence the speed.

Anyway, they are dead cute and I like them. I'll keep a bunch in my camera bag to hand out to worthy individuals.

Re: My MOO cards arrived today

They are cool!
Gonna get some of these too - get fed up with scraps of paper and illegible handwriting anytime someone asks me for a email/web link.
It's almost embarassing.
Moo to the rescue!

Re: My MOO cards arrived today

Looked at these but I didn't like the way it rendered my artwork

Will be ordering some cards soon though, as you say great for the camera bag when someone asks you for the address of your site

Pfft, domain name on the front and a section for custom password or notes on the back. Flickr would be a bit unwieldy on there surely?

Re: My MOO cards arrived today

I do not have my own website or anything like that and writing down passwords is not recommended on my part

Probably ok for the scenario where you create passwords for customers to give them access to eg. their wedding photo proofs hosted on your site.

But maybe safer and easier to just email them the details... or is it?
