D40 battery grip

Does this grip look ok: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Battery-Vertic...QQcmdZViewItem Item number: 200204086931

I know the D40 is small and compact but I have large hands and the D80/200 was way out my price range when I bought the D40.

Using the 70-300VR you need a firm grip and I now have the Sigma 12-24 HSM which is also a heavy lens on the D40.

Ok so the vertical grip uses the remote setting but I probably never use it anyway.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Re: D40 battery grip

For £30 i`d think it`s worth giving it a go. If you don`t get on with it, i`m sure one of us will have it off your hands

Re: D40 battery grip

Well I bought it, so we'll see.

It's only for comfort anyway so hopefully it'll be fine.
