Hi, what is it you're trying to do?
There's an awful lot of settings to consider.

TBH the manual is a good place to start.

However, if you list the settings which are giving you grief I'm sure assistance will wing your way.

One of the best ways to learn is by your mistakes. If you post some photos that you think can be improved then we can give you help.

If you don't know how to post photos, a quick search of the forum will provide the answer.

At the moment your question is too vague!

Re: Help - how do I improve my photos with my Pana Fx33

ISO settings change how sensitive the camera is to light. High ISO (on a compact, probably around 400) lets you shot in the dark with faster shutter speeds - less blur. The problem is that as you increase the ISO, the image quality decreases - you get 'noise' in the photo.

Read these for mroe info:

High speed burst means you can take a lot of pictures in quick succession - hold down the shutter button and watch that memory card fill up! Useful for action sequences or for shooting fast moving objects where 'the' moment lasts only miliseconds - the more photos you take during that fraction of a second the better a chance you have of getting the shot you want.
