Lens cleaning

My lens got wet in the rain the other day and when I wiped the rain drops off, I ended up with a big smear across the lens. What is the best way to give it a good clean without me doing any further damage?!

Thanks

Re: Lens cleaning

probably an air puffer (like the rocket blower) to blow off any dust and then a clean microfibre cloth to gently remove the smears.
