The break Room.....

Just some pictures. Idyllic. Trying to find my old style. Unlike my sports work, perhaps these are awkward images, not cropped perfectly. No leading lines or ideal symmetry. not worried about noise, I dont want you to like them really. In my quest for photograhic perfection I missed the beat. Sound like one of those god awful Leica users now.....

If I took anything from that program about photography on BBC4 is that unconventional works which I suppose makes it conventional.

Re: The break Room.....

Interesting set. Looks like you are trying out your photographer's "seeing eye" there. I'm not sure the subject matter of the interior shots grabs me much but there's interesting light & shade brought out by the B&W processing. Good on you for experimenting - I'm interested in what will happen if you apply this to some shots out in the fresh air...

Re: The break Room.....

Its like poor mans ikea love the boring everyday objects and the black and white gives them a mystery feel. Sort of a I wonder who owns them !

Re: The break Room.....

I like the one with the two pictures on the wall, the wire is intriguing. The radio and plant shot is nice too. Mundane, but in their own way, interesting.

Dam someone already spotted it.

By the way Pete that plant could do with a water

Out of all of them the one that interests me the most is the 2nd from last with the hand.

The others I find very hard to comment on as they aren't my sort of thing.

Cheers Holo
