Looks familiar ... is it Atlantic House a la Lovells? I don't think it is but at the same time it looks like it is ... then again I've only been in once so it could be ...

I've answered my own question by paying more attention to the name of the photoset being Northumbria University ... only a few hundred miles different from the place I had in mind
