Couple of Voigtlanders for Nikon and Pentax

I have just come across this on dpreview that Cosina are releasing two Voigtlander branded lenses for nikon Ai-S mount and Pentax KA
It says they are chipped to allow modern cameras to meter through them would could be interesting. If it metered on my D80 id be very very interested in the 58mm 1.4
