Why the Hell do they do this?

Went for my Sunday walk this morning, bit to misty for any long shots very pleasant though, until I came across this pile of rubbish just dumped on the edge of a field.
What gets into these people, they obviously have no sense of social responsibility, and have never heard of the country code, “take nothing but photographs, leave nothing but footprints”.
Luckily amongst the rubbish were some plastic bags, this allowed me to clear it up.
I really do despair!

This happens in urban places too, .... and just beside dustbins

Some really awful folk just walk past and chuck their rubbish onto my driveway.

!

Social responsibility seems to be a rare thing these days.. , the no of vandalised Phone booths, Bus stops shelters and destruction of any sort of street furniture ( not to mention "avoiding" keeping the countryside clean) is appaling

Better still, couldn't he have put the culprits into the picture and then put the picture into Photoshop and cloned them away?

I believe the local council are in the habit of going through the rubbish to ascertain the identity of the dumper. Would have been nice to have found an address then dumped it back on their lawn and grabbing a photo
