Another new bag needed

I have acquired several bags as my kit has grown over the last year or so, most recently a Crumpler Daily 600. This is a massive bag on the outside, but does not actually seem to fit that much inside, because it only has one layer.

I think that I need one of the bags that has a 'main' compartment on top, and another separate one underneath for lenses.

I like the Crumpler bags, but am open to any make. I prefer a shoulder type bags, but will look at a backpack if they will do the job better.

Kit is as follows:

Canon 40D
Canon 10-22 with hood
Canon 24-105IS with hood
Canon 70-300IS with hood
Canon 50 1.8 with hood
Tamron 90 macro with hood
Speedlite 430EX
Normal assortment of cards/reader/batteries

I have got a walkabout bag for camera and lens only, but would like one to hold everything.

Any recommendations?

Domke F2 (or possibly the F1-X if the F2 is too small) - great bags
