First digital camera for a pensioner - recommendations please.

Hi.
My dad lost his 35mm camera on holiday, and has decided he would like to 'go digital'.
He only uses a camera for his holiday shots, but it needs a decent zoom for the scenery, and capable of good indoor pics for the night time.
He also needs a large LCD screen, as he won't be able to use a small viewfinder.
He won't ever adjust any settings, so it needs to be very simple to use - point and click, with an automatic focus and flash.
I've told him he will be able to take the memory card into Boots and they will help him choose the shots for developing so he's not worried about that.
We are all chipping together and want to spend around £120.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.

A Fuji F20/30 would be great.
