Reflections of London

After seeing a client in Central London yesterday I decided to take 30 minutes and go for a walk around Tower Bridge. On way back to car I heard an annoying voice I recognised and turned round to see Jade Goody and her current beau! She looked shocked when she saw I recognised her as I had two camera's in my hand at the time... I didn't "pap" her though....turned out she'd parked her car beside mine....anyway....here are some pics. I decided to take some unusual shots of the tower and bridge as it was very touristy mid afternoon down there. Did some other more normal shots that I'll get to later.

Here we go

Abstract ceiling space reflections

Re: Reflections of London

You would have cracked your lens taking pics of that ugly bint.....

Sorry, did I say that out loud!!

The best for me is no.1. Very 'balanced'.

Superb shots though but I always thought glass was flatter. 'Clearly', those buildings have been using low cost glazed cladding. Crikey, the quality of construction these days!!!

Re: Reflections of London

Love the second one Gordon, the reflection is superb and looks nicely distorted, great title. The first is also really nice, great abstract. Not overly keen on the last two though.

Re: Reflections of London

It's the first for me - nice abstract.

Jade Goody huh? Good job Tobers wasn't with you. He'd have had you chasing her down the road.

Re: Reflections of London

Love the first one Gordon. Second one is good too. 3 and 4 don't really work for me. But you've certainly got an eye for an unusual view. Great collection.

Re: Reflections of London

#2 for me. Very clever the way you have kept the line of the old building dear straight. It's like the left side has gone into some strange space/time warp. Very good indeed

Oh - the others are quality as well, esp #1.

Re: Reflections of London

Great minds think alike! I did something similar with Tower Bridge when I was there last week:

Was really busy with tourists so was looking for a different shot. Turned round afterwards and about 10 people were copying what I was doing

Love the first 2.

Old and new part 2....
