Gainsborough Old Hall.

Wow!!!

Steep learning curve. Tory asked me to take a few shots of an event she was overseeing.

That day I learnt the connection between aperture mode and the camera selecting shutter speed! I have hundreds of motion blurred pictures.

But, a lesson learned. Onwards and upwards!

Here are the salvageable ones!

You know the drill... Rating, slating, criticism, witicism all welcome!

(Be gentle this time though, I know I cocked up! )

No 1 really stands out, superb! It's like the subject of an old medieval painting.

Yeah noticing more Arcam_boy.

Did make me smile today actually, as the Red Arrows were practicing and thought, I wonder how many people round here are snapping them!

Re: Gainsborough Old Hall.

If you head from there, towards Scampton Village, there is a left hand bend with a tiny car park thing on your right. Go in there and walk onto the field.

They fly directly over your head!

I've got to go there next practice!

Re: Gainsborough Old Hall.

Thank you again!

*Cheeky plug*......

My Mrs, from us getting back from Honeymoon in 4 weeks, will be running the place. It's a great place to visit if you live even remotely local, plus they put loads on like this.

It really is an underrated place,l I bet anyone from Lincoln on here has never visited the place, which is such a shame.

If anyone would like to be kept informed of any upcoming stuff drop me a line.

*Cheeky plug over*
