Please Help - Panny FX50 / IXUS 70

I have a chance to buy either a Panasonic FX50 (£160) or a Canon IXUS 70 (£140)

I want good picture quality, and a balance of features and ease of use.

I'm struggling which way to head?

Can someone advise or help?

Also, there is an IXUS Wireless (i believe its similar to an IXUS 55) going for £90.
