CPL on Sigma 20 1.8 - FAO Liquid + others

Didn't get a response over on DPreview, so I'll C&P:

Thought I'd post this in the open so I can (hopefully) get a lot of opinions from different brand users.
I'd like to buy a CPL for my Sigma 20. I'm aware of the uneven polarisation this will give to the sky, I'd like one anyway.
I wouldn't like it to vignette too much. I'm wondering if I should buy a standard one:

or a thin one, such as this:

I'm ok with a little light falloff towards the edges of the frame, but I want to avoid pure black corners.
I will be using the lens on APS-C and 35mm film.

All advice gratefull received!
Anyone here heard anything or used one?

I don't have one for my 20mm, and I don't plan on getting one either. I have a Cokin A series one that I use on the kit lens, but found it unusable at the wide end. You just end up with ugly unevely polarised skies. Apart from the reflection control (quite useful) it doesn't give you anything that a tweak in photoshop can't.

Still, I'll be interested to se your results on the 20mm if you get one.
