Re: Camera Armor

I don't think even I'm clumsy enough to warrant that. I suppose it's a relatively small outlay to protect(?) your investment though.
How come you need a 5D to get camo?

Re: Camera Armor

I was out taking some shots the other evening when I noticed a scuff on my LCD (D60) luckily it was a thumb print.. later on I met up with a guy who was using a D300 which had a cool plastic cover on his screen..
Alas there is no way to fit these to the 60
searching the web I found some sticky screen protectors (that may bubble),
A glass one which I am awaiting in the post to try
AND this camera Armor for £29 http://www.cameraarmor.com/product/N...0-SLR,29,4.htm
Has anybody any experience of the latter as I am drawn to it soley for the screen protection it offers!!!

Cheers

PG

Check the date of the post paul, there is a clue there somewhere!! hehe

Protector - that screen you saw on the D300 is a standard one supplied by nikon. Anything above the entry level DSLRs should have them in the box I think,

Re: Camera Armor

decided to give the ebay (GGS) jobbie a try
Reason being I thought of my iPod in its case and how bulky it seemed which put me off the camera armor stuff

PS www.cameraarmor.com worked for me
