Decent camera? Info needed please.

Well, I'm new to this section so go easy on me

!

I have a Casio S200, simple point and shoot digi cam at the moment but I hate it. What compact camera is the best to buy at the moment? My budget is £200 MAX so no comments abut Leica's etc

I like the black Samsung one for £150?
