Although you'll lose a bit of the the wide angle, I would suggest you use your 24-105 for a bit and see just how much you need the wide end
The ultrawide ones will give you that little bit extra but how often you'll use it will determine how much you'll want to spend
The Canon 10-22 is the best of the bunch but costs a bit more (£480) than the Sigma 10-20 (£310)
And
There is the excellent Tokina 12-24 which is crop body only but also costs more than the Sigma (£ 379)
They cost a more than the Sigma 17- 70 but there will be no noticeable barrel distortion at 17mm as you would have with it
