Question Amazing Circles Technique
Ahoy!

Amazing Circles technique using CS2. Awesome results can be achieved. Link here for instructions. The image is my own first attempt today.

No idea, though it appears from my research that it should be possible. Try the link and/or Google something like 'amazing circles elements 4'
