where to get info on workflow?

I remember reading some articles on organising your photos and streamlining the workflow, but can't remember where. Can anyone recommend a resource that I could use? I take some pictures as JPEGs, others as RAW. I want to be able to keep RAW, Tiffs and Jpegs separately but easily linked to each other, save various copies of the same file eg some corrected for levels and curves but no USM applied, others resized for web or print etc.
