Max SD Card size for Canon Ixus 60

I have looked everywhere for this information and short of calling Canon I have not managed to find an answer.

Can anyone

confirm what the largest SD card is that you can use in a Canon Ixus 60.

Surely the only limit would be what size memory the card can hold???? I can't see why the camera would be effected by a plug in device?

Well thats not what I am led to believe, not all camers for example will see a 2GB card, yes it will work but the camera only see 1GB.
Much the same as some PVR's when you upgrade the hard drive will still only see a small capacity.
I believe its all to do with firmware but then I am not expert.
