How to make panoramics like this?

Anyone have any idea how these are made?

http://www.tristanshu.com/02-portfol...ion-spivuk.htm

I find it hard enough making horizontal panoramics with shots taken using a tripod!
I can't believe how seamless these look considering they are taken handheld and on the paragliding ones while moving at about 35km/hr

Would love to be able to do this.

Could it be multiple exposures of just one skier or rider moving across, using a fish eye lens?

Yes, I think he has used a fish eye and probably a tripod with the skiing ones.

I was impressed with the paragliding shots, where he is obviously moving and the camera is hand held, must take a bit of doing getting rid of the parallax.
