Some recent images

For some reason or another my picture posting rate seems to have nose dived since I got my D50, its either that I am too busy to get out or when I do nothing happens for me.

Here are a few from last weekend in Birmingham, a walk this Saturday and a sunrise this morning.

Birmingham.
Was filming at the Symphony Hall, have taken quite a lot of pictures at these events but because they are orchestra's / events will not post any pictures in case anyone objects, a couple have been used on the DVD covers so quite pleased. Anyway, here's a few from outside around the Hall.

Now this Saturdays walk, dog is not ours but a friends and is superb.

Finally Monday mornings sunrise as seen from Sudbury.

Have no idea why the camera picks up these colours, was nothing like it in real life, small amount of PS'ing but not much.

Re: Some recent images

Nice shots. I like the cropped sunrises. The weather's been so windy and dismal I haven't taken many photos lately either.

Re: Some recent images

light in sunsets and stuff looks great on camera as it can be captured more intensly with longer exposures, and the camera will automatically expost longer on a sunset shot because of the darkness of the scene. Use it to your advantage!
