Anyone using this? Is it as close to fully functional as you could want or are there still a few gremlins?

Yes, I'm using it for my regular workflow. I now rarely drop into PS, but then I'm still quite a beginner.

Ditto, I'm only a beginner too but I find it great. Its really sped things up for me, so much so that I am happy to shoot in RAW all the time now.
