Low Resolution - HELP!

i know there is probably nothing i can do, but i have some pictures that i resized. i no longer have the originals. is there ANY WAY i can change the resolution so that they can be printed out and look normal?! please let me know! thanks.

The only way that may be possible, and propbably not that good would be to use interpolation, which kind of dummies in pixels to increase the size of the image resolution. But other than that, nope sorry
