Smile New Canon 50mm f/1.4

Just got a 50mm f/1.4 this evening and only had time for a few shots before the sun went down... thought I would share two for now...
They haven't been photoshopped apart from resizing.

Any comments welcome as I'm new to all this!

Cheers
Dave

I'm hoping to get some good people shots with the nifty fifty - and there are plenty of characters in Edinburgh at the moment.
I've only used 'kit' lenses with a camera before so I can't wait to reap the benefits of the faster prime lens. Have seen some great shots on here and on pbase with it.

dodger747 - It was £239 + £7.95 delivery at http://www.warehouseexpress.com
I also got a hood (£19.99) and a hoya pro 58mm UV filter (£33.10) so total was £300.04
