The unknown soldier.

Not been using the camera much over the last few days. Been pretty down and kind of fighting a bout of depression so had a couple of days off work. Anyway spent the afternoon with my brother who kindly invited me over for the day today and I decided to pack the camera in case I saw anything.

Sat in his garden I came across this poor guy. He was aquired some time ago as my brother and I constructed plans to drop him from Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol as he came with a parachute. We had some practice drops from the top of my brothers roof and sadly we forgot about this guy as I think he has been out in the garden for some 4 years. Testament to that is his distinct lack of uniform, eaten away by the elements. I think he may have broken both arms on impact to. What a terrible way to go

Glad I took the camera now.

yeah, I know what you mean - I almost feel lost when I go out and don't take my camera...
when I was waiting for my SD card - I hardly had any motivation to go out... how sad is that?
