I have been using CMP for a number of years and have been quite happy with it - the main reason I upgraded to pro was for the backup facility and email facility -- all worked fine on dial up but since I have been on broadband I have been unable to send email -I get a message from Outlook Express saying my SMTP requires Authentication (BT Broadband) and a link to set up the SMTP - going to Outlook Express I am already authenticated for emails and can find no way of setting up CMP - by the way I am also using AVG - - I have checked through AVG and O/E and nothing jumps out at me in way of changing settings -- all other picture programs work fine including Canon Zoombrowser but sending emails in zoombrowser takes you straight to O/E anyway.
If anyone could shed any light on the possible problem it would be appreciated.

Dave
