I'm looking to buy a cheap digital camera for my parents. It needs to be easy to use and give the best pics for the price. Can someone please give me some good models at this price.

Canon UK have an Ebay shop where they sell refurb/returned cameras.

There are some pretty good bargains on there and the units still have a full 12 month manufacturers warranty.
