Hi, sorry if i'm in the wrong forum for this, but I need to convert standard jpeg files created on a PC to be able to be viewed on my camara and/or TV (with SD slot). I assume it needs to be converted to dcf and exif standard?

Is that right? Is there any software I can use to convert it?

Have you tried just saving a jpeg onto your card and viewing it on your camera?
I haven't heard of converting to exif standards before.

You will probably find that it needs to be saved in the same DCIM file that your camera saves to (something like drive:\DCIM\100) or the camera wont see it.

Yeah tried that, i think it needs to have all the information so the camera can read it and display the thumbnail and all that.

I found Sony do software called Image converter 2, but I don't see the point in paying when there has to be something out there for free! Something really cheap but does that one thing.

Just print the jpeg out and take a photo of it then.
