Win 2000 disconnect

When I switch my Casio QV61 camera off I get ticked off by my Win 2000 Pro PC for not disconnecting it properly. This does not happen with my Fuji 2800. Any ideas why? There must be a setting somewhere but I can't find it

The casio is seen by the computer as a removable drive, if you go into my computer you will see it as a drive letter. If you want to unplug then right click on the drive in question and select eject or disconnect prior to unplugging the camera. ( Fuji uses own software which does not show up as a storage device controlled via windows - so no warning will appear ). This no longer affects win XP.

Hope this helps
