Nice, what did you use to take this shot? Always best with a nice shadow across the moon, a full moon doesn't highlight the craters as much.

I keep forgetting to take a shot of the moon with the dslr+500mm+1.4x, just to see how the results compare to those from a few years ago with a birdwatcher's spotting scope and a Nikon coolpix 990.

i took it using my fz 20.
the camera was tripod mounted and on manual settings

youre pic is great what was you using??
