cheapo digital just for uploading to forums etc???

hi all just want cheapo d/camera just to upload pictures of items for sale to forums /ebay and the like, just got pc no scanner anyone got any suggestions on what to consider.

the cheapest thing you can find if thats all your gunna use it for.mustek do a camera mega cheapo bout 40quid if that
