Pentax S40/S50 Vs S4/S5 - differences?

as far as I can see an S40 is an S4 in a slightly larger body and with AA's instead of rechargable Li-Ion - for about 100 quid less

can anyone put me wrong?

S4 = smaller / lighter / lithium battery -> more money
S40 = bigger / heavier / AA batteries -> less money
