Fujitsu 1.5 TB External USB HDD @ £59.99

Fujitsu Storagebird 1.5TB External Hard Drive Hi Speed.. | Ebuyer.com

@ £59.99 and free delivery it seems like a great option for backing-up your images. Got to be a stocking filler this Christmas at that price.

The DSG group have the Sigma 120-400 & 150-500 on special offer (£500-£650) for Canon & Nikon. There are discount codes you can use on top of that e.g. according to Cameral Price Busters there is a 5% off everything @ Currys. Deffo 5% with Quidco + an extra 2.5%.
Typically most are showing no stock though the 120-400 for Nikon is @ £550. With all discounts is should be just over £500.

Click the wall calendar for 99p (reduced from £9.99) and either use their images or upload your own. Haven't read about postage. You can order 3 for £9.99. I got the details from Amazon included in the items I ordered.

Total for 3 week delivery with glossy print paper (one side only) is £3.08. You'll need to check the costs via the link as the amount varies depending on how many and how quick you want the item.

Just to elaborate on 7d options:

ProCameraShop £969.02 (inclusive of delivery and 3% BT discount), GREY import, 1 year seller warranty. Similar offer available from HDEW Cameras (ebay or direct)

Kerso £1029 (excl delivery), US import with UK adapter, 1 year US warranty valid in UK, confirmed by him that it's also valid for current Canon EF lens cashback offer

Jessops £1159 Jessops (incl delivery), UK model, 1 year UK warranty.

Kerso looks like the right balance of cost / warranty / cashback offer.

Don't see how Kerso's warranty will be any different to option 1 given that Canon body warranties are not international, and the stock comes from outside the EU.

As for Jessops, for the same price you can get the 7D from Warehouse Express with a Canon bag and additional LP-E6 battery. Bag's not worth it's SRP, but the battery is worth a genuine £50. Full UK stock, warranty etc too.

From Kerso
Quote:
Prices away from Ebay are:
7D Body £1029 & 20
UK invoice provided.
All lenses have 1 year International warranty.
Flashguns have UK or Worldwide warranty

Bodies have Canon USA warranty valid in UK with UK invoice provided
From what I've read online (including past customers on TP), Canon UK will honour US Warranty on bodies.

I would only go for Jessops for the ability to walk in store to pick up and return if issues. If I go online only, I'd rather get a significant discount from Kerso or equivalent.

Don't forget to click via TopCashBack when buying from evilBay as you'll get a percentage of the sellers fees as a rebate, so for high value items around £900.00 ish, that could be about £20.00. Jessops are currently @ 4.4% with TCB.

...not sure you'll get anything like £20 on that spend on eVilbay via TCB - that would be over 10% of selling fees and I thought it was only listing fees you got a percebntage of (and way less than 10% IIRC)....

Amazon now have 7d for £1090.40 delivered (all time low on Canon EOS 7D Body from £1090.40, UK Specialist Price Comparison Site, Camera Price Buster). This is from Amazon, not a reseller on amazon

Hi Jim,

Last time I spent £970 ish I got £13.00 + back (can't remember exact figure, but it was in that ballpark). You'll find that it can be worthwhile when making any sort of purchase from £3.00 to £1000.00 as it all adds-up (use TCB for all evilBay transactions now). Jessops on the other hand are @ 4.04% which for £1000.00 = £44.00 via TCB, so that's a better option.

PurelyGadgets: Canon EOS 7D Digital SLR Body Only @ £998.95 delivered. If you can find a discount code . . . . 2.2% from TCB.

Cheers - yes i always use TCB for eVilbay stuff (when I remember that is )

Just checkd the TCB site and what you currently should get is 40.4% of the Revenue that eBay receive from each sale which of course will be les than 10% of sale price I guess but still worth having

I emailed them as well. It is "apparently" UK stock, but you don't get a Canon warranty and they aren't on the Canon recommended retailer list. You get their own in house warranty.

I literally just got this reply from them to my question "Why does this body not come with a Canon 1 year warranty?"

Thank you for contacting us.

The warranty we offer is an in-house warranty and due to our special contract with the manufacturers, we send everything on behalf of our customers. As a result the consumer warranty is no longer valid, hence your warranty starts with us once item is received.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Intro2020

Ahoy!

As many of you may know, Intro2020 is the UK's Tamron importer. They also import other items as well, but I didn't realise they had an evilBay shop.

Take a look. Some items are refurb/ex-demo with warranty, so worth adding to your evilBay vendors notification list.

intro2020 items - Get great deals on Tamron Lenses and Accessories, Lenses items on eBay.co.uk Shops!

Go to TopCashBack, type in Photobox in the search box and look in the discount codes and deals box, click 'continue' and you'll see some codes listed. Otherwise try Quidco or just Google for Photobox discount codes. TCB are also doing a decent rabate as well for Photobox.

RedBubble or VistaPrint may be worth a look. I've created a few on RedBubble, though VistaPrint is very customisable as you can enter personal date and icons, but is smaller than the RB version which is a day/date only version. I bought my own RB version for 2010 and VistaPrint for 2011 for about £4.50 using my own images and dates. VP version is a fold out type, whereas RB is full size divided x2.

VP have a bunch of zero price codes and pay for postage only. http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/frfuk?frf=244680072854
