Colin Prior-Tonight BBC2 7pm
Starting June 4 at 7pm on BBC 2 Scotland, Landward will run a series of special reports with renowned landscape photographer Colin Prior advising viewers as to how they can contribute to this special ‘re-photography’ project.
In the first report, Colin and presenter Dougie Vipond will visit the Queen’s View at Loch Tummel to outline how to retake photographs from Scotland’s rich archive of shots, stretching back to the earliest days of photography, with reports from other featured locations in the two successive films on June 11 and 18.
The ‘re-photography’ project online is part of a larger BBC Scotland initiative taking a fresh look at Scotland’s landscapes and man’s shaping of them, which will be part of a package of television and radio programmes with online support, to be announced later this year.
