bitesizedeals.co.uk

I made a order from bitesizedeals.co.uk thinking there where from the uk,being co.uk but after making the order it was out of stock but they already took my money out the bank which was on the 02/09/09. So i emailed them after a week and asked them to refund my money back to my card and said they will but it is over 4 weeks now and i am still waiting. Must have sent them at least 10 or so email's but all they say is that it is being processed. It only took them 3 days to take the money out so why so long to put back in
Ps the order was a camara worth £128.

Re: bitesizedeals.co.uk

What I've usually done when I've had problems like this in the past with a retailer is get in contact with them and threaten to put in a complaint to your credit card company regarding this.

BiteSizeDeals

I have found three USA agencies who will take complaints against BiteSizeDeals

the usual www. then
ftc.gov
ic3.gov
bbb.org

Also the Metropolitan Police if you are in the United Kingdom, at www.met.police.uk www.met.police.uk

The UK Fraud Office has a very good on line crime reporting site which is easy and quick to use www.actionfraud.org.uk

Has anyone found any other way of reporting them?
