No sorry with lens kit, the standard one.

As little as you can get away with. But anything around £180 - £240 depending on condition and accessories.

I recently sold mine on ebay with an IS kit lens rather than the standard one for £280 + postage.

Realistically £300, but you might be lucky.. I would bbe careful withthe likes of evil...b*y. you may not be getting the bargain you thought
The problem is the 1000D which superceeded it is not felt to be a " better" camera" and the 450D /500D are on another league
