What adapter I need for my Carl Zeiss Jena 70-210?

Hi, I have a Nikon D5000 body and D90 body,
and a Carl Zeiss Jena 70-210mm 1:45 - 56 MC MACRO
What adapter should I need to use this old lens?

Thx for Help.

MC (or MD) mount is the old Minolta manual type. You'll need a Minolta MD/MC mount to Nikon body adapter ring . . about £25.00 on EvilBay.

Just got the adapter this morning, then find that the lens is not a MC mount.
After google it, I found that the MC seems represnet Multi Coated................. and it is a Pentax mount

I think Pentax mount is a 4 thirds mount.

Pentax mount is K-Mount (Very similar to the Nikon mount but not quite). If it is a K mount then you can get an adapter (Also from Ebay).
