what to believe, colour managment

screen grabbed from PS and opened in ps.
First is the photo in ps, with softproof on, second is from MS windows photo gallery , and third is opened in Picasa. All are different.

I need to sort out this for a photobook with Blurb. They use sRGB, so images are opened in RAW, edited in Adobe rgb workspace, and then converted to sRGB space and saved.
Which one is representitive of what the print will look like.
Picasa one looks like a fallen lady.

Yes screen calibrated with Spyder Pro, but since found out that Picasa doesnt do profiles, it just shows what it want, so thats the culprit. The other ones which should be ok, are.
Watch out Picasa users.
