Tripod to fit Lowepro 200

Hi all, need a quick bit of help if you don't mind.

I'm after a sturdy tripod to fit into a Lowepro 200. Looking to spend anywhere around £100-150 but it must be sturdy and extend to a decent height (I'm 5'11 and would ideally like to take shots without too much stooping). Minimum height isn't really an issue.

I've had a look at both Manfrotto (283?) and Giotto's and just wondered what user's opinions were on here. Also, would these fit into the Lowepro?

I don't think such a tripod exists.

I've got a manfrotto modo 785SHB and that won't fit in my lowepro 200. I can stick it through a loop on the side for walks but it's not that sturdy and doesn't go that tall.

Thanks for that. I think I will need to rethink my bag choice in that case.

Has the tripod got to fit in to the bag?

If it hasn't then don't discount the lowepro because it's a fantastic bag. even if you got a bigger bag you'd still really struggle to fit a tripod inside it.

A lot of the larger bags do come with tripod carrying attachment straps though.

It doesn't have to, no. If it strapped onto the sides I'd be perfectly happy with that.

I'm going to do a bit more research tonight I think.
