You can either put a watermark on your photos too either stop people ripping off your work or just identify that you took it.
If it's to stop the rip off's you'll need to position the watermark in the most awkward place/over the main subject to make it hard as possible to be removed.
If it's just an ident, just position it in a corner and fade it down.
People will always moan to you that the watermark is spoiling the image, but that person will only look at your image once.
But a person that's going to rip off work off, will be the one of the 100's or 1000's of people that will view your work and then just steal it with giving any feedback.
Personally I just use the Type Tool in Ps and use the Blending Options in the Layers Pallet.
For the shot above you could position a smaller faded watermark over the crash barriers at the same angle, just to be creative for example.
