Something Different

These are close up views of soap bubbles. The lines are the air gaps between individual bubbles. I use a small glass jar and lay my 430ex speedlite on its side and then go looking for interesting compositions. I have added red food dye in some of them. Im actually shooting through other bubbles for these.

Minimal PP, just a stauration boost and some dust spot removal, about 3mins an image.

Re: Something Different

Saw these already on flickr Allie. They are amazing.
One thing that's immediately apparent from seeing them here though is how much better they look at this size. Even the air gaps look fantastic. They look more substantial and 3 dimensional when viewed larger.
I understand why, but it's a shame I can't view larger versions of your stuff on flickr anymore.

Re: Something Different

WOW

#7 catches my eye the most, there's an almost plant-like organic feel to it.
