| Member | new camera today woohoooo!
After getting my misses a D80 last week, I had a play and quickly came to the conclusion it was streets ahead of my D60. The D80 feels so much nicer in the hand, the extra focus points and the top LCD screen massively useful, not to mention the built in autofocus motor. As to not be outdone I went over to Jessops and bought (another) D80+18-55mm kit for £430, then sold the lens for £90, so I got a D80 body for £340! To top it off I then sold my old D60 body for £210 pretty much straight away via buy-it-now on Ebay! It doesn't feel quite as good to hold as the D300 (as you'd expect!), but I'm hoping the battery grip will help that... Not had much chance to take many pics yet, but there's one below of my eldest with the nifty fifty that will now autofocus (and yes I know I've focussed on her hand!) ![]()
