i have just bought the sony a200 from play for £239.99, but dont forget if your an rac member you get 5% off so that brought it down to £227, and then theres the £30 cashback so £197, and 4% quidco which tracked straight away for me at £9.60 so all in all £188 not bad me thinks, and a case lowepro 160 for £14 from amazon and a 16gig kingston 133x card for £20.99 del from mymemory

Good deal i had one from Play.com myself ive since changed to a Nikon D90 not that there was anything wrong with the A200 it was a very nice camera
Also if you don't have the Rac membership for the 5% discount you can get a Varsity card Varsity Manchester there £3 and give various discounts but 5% at Play is one of benefits of them ive got one and used it a few times on Play

I think this is a better camera £ for £ at the moment than the Nikon D40 or Canon's. Cracking price too. It may even break the sub £200 mark before xmas making an even better deal.

Shame the Play deal ended. I would have got one. Currently I'm keeping an eye on the Amazon price £212 after cashback. But as I'm cheap I'm playing the waiting game to see what happens to prices. Hopefully they won't go up
