Having experienced the appalling Outlook Images DO NOT USE THEM.
I ordered a photo on canvas on 27th May 2009 - the result was a cheap tacky mdf "box" frame on which they put the photo on canvas. There was a crease all down one side. I spoke to them on the phone and returned the picture by special delivery to them for a replacement or refund. THey REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE PICTURE and it was sent back to me unopened. I rang and spoke to someone called Michael who turned out to be the Director. He told me to return the photo again - this I did and despite endless and empty promises I have never received a replacement or my money back. BEWARE

Try canvas kings on ebay, cheap as chips and for the money the product is absolutely superb

BEWARE | Not condoning what they've done but a lot of these companies work on such low profit margins now they'd lose money if they had to post out another picture to you, that's why they are so awkward when a customer has a problem with a picture. I still can't work out how the guys on Ebay make any meaningful profit. The real downside with these MDF frames is they don't take the wedges in the corner like a stretcher bar frame, these are used to stretch the canvas and give you the tension. You can also over time retension the canvas if it sags by using a hammer.

Hi Dazza
I accept what you say but that is still no reason not to refund or replace! I paid with paypal thinking that would provide protection but it doesn't unless the product was purchased through ebay which it wasn't... Outlook Images have now changed their phone number to an 0845 one which is exasperating as it now costs more to phone them and they deliberately keep you waiting 5 minutes.

With canvas pictures you best bet is to go with personal recommendations, there's a lot of cowboy's now operating sadly in this business.

OUTLOOK IMAGES
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING Customer service and lacking any Quality Control
Never have I had such disgusting customer service in all my life
Outlook Images made two major mistakes and missed their stated deadline by a Week
Outlook Images printed a canvas print in the WRONG ORIENTATION, and randomly CROPPED the picture completely running the image
Despite seeking legal advice from Consumer Direst, and the Office of Fair Trading the Director is refusing to refund, despite his written admittance of the two errors (not to mention the late delivery).
In the Directors own words in a letter dated 08/10/09 - "WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON CUSTOMER PRODUCTS" this in the same letter which states "THE ORDER WAS SENT OUT INCORRECTLY
Buyer Be VERY Aware! when dealing with Outlook Images
Avoid Outlook Images like the plague

A printer can't sell on your returned picture for example, they can only strip it down at best and reuse the frame. Not condoning this companies actions just trying to show there's another side to the argument.
A lot of these companies will send out a replacement but they seem to want you to spend the money returning the old one.
