Crich and Black Rock, Peak District

Hi all,

Well I only got my A200 about 2 weeks ago (first DSLR and first proper camera as well so jumped into deep end!!)

I have been out and about with it today around Derbyshire (crich and black rock) and been pratting about with it trying to learn more but this was also the first day I took out the Beercan lens.

I know they're not much, but I would like some C&C to help me improve. Some were taken with Sony Kit Lens (18-70mm) and some with Beercan.

Also I spent a lot of time playing with manual settings today and I'm really impressed with how much more you can do (even when you know nothing like me), so much better than auto. Anyway hope you enjoy.

None of these have been post processed but have all come straight from raw, truth is I haven't had a lot of time but wanted to get them up. Will faff about with all that later.

1) Crich Stand taken with Beercan @ 70mm

2) Autumn view of Black rock taken with Kit Lens

3)Black rock from side with rock climber on, taken with Beercan

4)Some woods near black rock taken with Kit lens

5)Crich stand from behind with trig point using kit lens

6)Water on tree - Didnt come out as clear as hoped - Using beercan

7)Spiders web close up using Beercan

8)Zoomed out shot - Using Beercan

9) Sunlight using Beercan

I know some aren't very good but gives you an idea. Thanks
